Shipping
We ship Australia-wide from our workshop. All prices include GST and we supply a tax invoice with every order.
- Standard post (Australia Post): small packs $11, medium packs $13.50, plus $5 for each additional item in the same order. Heavier parcels are charged by weight and the exact amount is shown at checkout.
- Express post: add about $3 on small and medium packs – shown at checkout.
- Battery cable: free standard postage.
- Local pickup: free pickup in Corowa NSW by arrangement – email sales@dsfasteners.com.au or call 0409 625 366.
Orders are usually dispatched the same or next business day.
Returns and refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of mind: unopened items can be returned within 21 days of purchase. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense. Once we have received the returned item we will refund you. Please contact us first so we can arrange the return.
